Damaged Goods / Refunds/ Returns

Please note the following If your order has arrived damaged. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can work out the best solution.

You may contact us on info@myketobox.co.nz or call us on 0211493367 during business hours. We may choose to replace the item or refund you in full (including the courier fee), depending on the situation that has occurred.

 

In the event the goods are damaged, you will need to return them to us within seven days.  We are not responsible for the cost of returning these items.

If you have chosen incorrectly or changed your mind, we cannot offer refunds. Please order carefully!

​

We are also not responsible for items that are delayed, damaged, or returned due to the supply of an incorrect delivery address – so please double check your details carefully.
